Carriers control nothing but you, because you ALLOW it. Lack of true process, and an understanding of that process, allows the carrier's to do as they wish. We can see exactly where that gets the Insured... the only reason any of us exist.
Understanding that you, and them... are both powerless is the first step. Contract rules, unless it breaks the statute. Means that profits and feelings have no placce here.
When you understand where you are powerless, you can stop focusing efforts in that direction... by process. This makes you... POWERFUL in those things... the things based in fact, law... and the ever loving contract.
